Overview
After establishing the brand identity for Agriturismo Camponovo, I designed a bilingual website to showcase its offerings and make booking easy for both Italian and international guests. The experience needed to be mobile-friendly, visually appealing, and frictionless.
Problem
Before the website launch, Camponovo had no digital presence. Potential guests couldn’t find key information such as available services, prices, contact options, or even the location. Bookings relied entirely on third-party platforms or word of mouth, limiting visibility, professionalism, and the potential for direct reservations.
Solution
I designed the website from the ground up, using user personas and journey maps to inform every decision. After multiple rounds of usability testing on both low- and high-fidelity prototypes, I refined the layout, clarified the booking process, and streamlined the content. The result is a clean, intuitive, and responsive site with strong calls to action, a logical structure, and full bilingual support, helping users quickly understand the offer and book their stay with confidence.
